England took a big stride towards the Champions Trophy final with a come-from-behind win against China in Nottingham.
China took an early lead through a Ma Yibo PC in the 12th minute and the home side struggled to find space against the Chinese press.
England started the second half much more assertively and a Helen Richardson rebound from a Christa Cullen PC put them level 10 minutes into the half.

Japan always looked the most inventive and creative side in the opening half in which the highlight was a fine individual goal by Kenji Kitazato who carried the ball from the half way line and netted a powerful reverse-stick strike past Hamish McGregor in the Kiwi net.
