Champions Trophy Final: Argentina 4 Netherlands 2
A hat-trick of penalty corners from a clinical Noel Barrioneuvo delivered the Champions Trophy to Argentina for the third consecutive year.
Two Barrioneuvo drag-flicks plus a Carla Rebecchi field goal delivered a 3-1 half-time lead for las Leonas. The Dutch had the lion's share of possession but only netted once through Kelly Jonker.
The second half was much the same story with the Argentinan's soaking up the pressure with ease until Maartje Goderie's 56th minute strike made it 3-2 but another deadly drag-flick corner finally killed Dutch hopes in the 68th minute.
Beth Storry(ENG) was goalkeeper of the tournament and Luciana Aymar(ARG) player of the tournament.
