Argentina and Japan name Olympic Games hockey squads
Beijing Games hockey bronze medallists Argentina have named two goalkeepers in their squad for London 2012. Seven-time world player of the year Luciana Aymar has already been announced as flagbearer for Argentina at the Olympic Games opening ceremony.
Japan have also named their side.
Argentina (women) Olympic Games hockey team: Luciana Aymar, Laura Del Colle (GK), Florencia Mutio (GK), Mariela Scarone, Silvina D´Elía, Noel Barrionuevo, Florencia Habif, Daniela Sruoga, Josefina Sruoga, Rosario Luchetti, Sofía Maccari, Carla Rebecchi, Delfina Merino, Macarena Rodríguez, Rocío Sánchez Moccia, Martina Cavallero. Reserves: Carla Dupuy, Julieta Franco.
Japan (women) Olympic Games hockey team: Sachiyo Asano (GK), Ai Murakami, Nagisa Hayashi, Keiko Manabe, Akemi Kato, Chie Akutsu, Yukari Yamamoto, Rika Komazawa, Miyuki Nakagawa, Sachimi Iwao, Masako Sato, Izuki Tanaka, Akane Shibata, Aki Mitsuhashi, Kaori Fujio, Shiho Otsuka.
